Culture
The culture in ISG Pearce is unlike that of other companies in the construction industry. Both our existing staff and our new recruits tell us that ISG Pearce is a great place to work - they enjoy the fun, friendly, supportive atmosphere at ISG Pearce which makes it feel very different to other businesses.
We have held our Investors in People award for 5 years. Our Assessors recently told us that ISG Pearce “nurtures a strong customer responsive culture…where individuals demonstrate pride in a job well done, passion for the organisation and have a desire to see ISG Pearce progress”.
When you start with us we'll help you settle in and feel part of the team from day one. You’ll go through a structured induction programme on your first day to introduce you to your new colleagues from all areas of the business and help you get to know your way around our systems as quickly as possible. You'll also meet the Chief Executive and other key people in the business.

We have a customer focused management structure that is built around multi-disciplinary teams. This means that everyone is fully engaged with their part of the business as well as with their own roles. Periodically the opportunity arises to move across teams either on a temporary or a permanent basis offering the experience of working in different sectors of the business.

We believe in regular structured performance discussions for all our staff to ensure that everyone achieves their potential. These take place twice a year and this tailored approach means that ISG Pearce can provide bespoke individual development to achieve personal career goals and aspirations.
Training programmes, supported by external, leading-edge facilitators, ensure our people are equipped with the latest knowledge and thinking.
Becoming involved in the business
We want you to feel involved. That’s why we have an open plan office environment; have regular staff briefings; use the ISG Pearce intranet to communicate important news to everyone, and run team workshops. We invite members of staff to examine problems and make recommendations for change. You have the opportunity to help develop our business and raise your profile within the company.
