Following our successful delivery on the M&S remodel programme, ISG Pearce have also been appointed as a framework contractor on the M&S development programme to deliver large cut and carve extensions, refurbishments and fit outs across the UK. These are high value complex projects, typically on city centre sites, requiring a high level of expertise in planning and logistics coupled with a detailed understanding of the store dynamics to minimise disruption to trade.
