Brecon PCBC
The works comprised the provision of single living accommodation for 90 officers, nineteen garages, and extensions to dining and kitchen facilities.
The buildings are of traditional construction founded on replacement piles. The envelop is cavity wall construction, facing brickwork and blockwork incorporating aluminium double glazed windows. Precast concrete planks to upper floors and the roof is concrete tiles on timber trusses.
Bathrooms are ‘pod’ units which were manufactured ‘off site’

Works encompass small refurbishment roll outs through to the new £19m Naval Headquarters at Portsmouth. Currently we are working as a core supplier for the Aspire Allenby/Connaught PFI on the redevelopment of the Tidworth and Warminster estates and have recently been awarded the £23m Junior Ranks Single Living Accommodation contract.
