Affordable Housing

Building solutions - From construction brief to integrated customer services.

Case Study

Westlea HA - Allington Way, Chippenham

The first development delivered under the new Sovereign Development Consortium framework. The scheme comprised of the construction of eight new units in four blocks of two storey flats. Works included the demolition of existing garages, diversion works of utility infrastructure and the construction of a homezone. In order to achieve the tight programme a timber frame solution was used to enable the internal trades to carry out their works during the winter months. The project was handed over with zero defects and exceeded the clients KPI's for time, cost and quality.

“To date ISG Pearce have completed two developments and are working on two more for us. On each project they have exceeded the Framework's agreed performance targets and are currently head of the contractors KPI matrix. ISG Pearce have a consistently pro-active approach to problem solving with a genuine under-standing of lean construction processes and a real desire to meet the challenges of our ongoing requirements. They genuinely think of the customer first and strive to impress and improve customer expectations.”

Frances Geary - Westlea Housing Association, Development Manager
