You may be aware of ISG as a fast-growing construction services group specialising in regional & retail construction in the North and East of England and as the leading office fit-out and refurbishment specialist in London. They also have significant and expanding fit-out & refurbishment companies active across Europe and the Far East
WHAT WILL CHANGE?
ISG intend that there will be no significant changes and that ISG Pearce will continue as an independently managed company within the ISG group. Specifically, as a result of this change:
There will be no change in the senior personnel at ISG Pearce. I will continue to lead ISG Pearce and will join the ISG Group Managing Directors Operational Board; There will be no redundancies; There will be no change in our current strategy in relation to our national retail and regional construction activities; and There will be no change in our goal to be a continually improving contractor delivering exceptional customer service.
WHAT’S IN THIS FOR PEARCE AND FOR YOU?
There are several reasons why now is a great time for this to happen and, importantly, why ISG are the right company for us to join. These are:
Joining a group with combined sales of over £1 Billion will give us far greater capacity than as an independent company;
The strategic fit between the two companies is exceptionally strong – like ISG Pearce, ISG have both regional construction and national retail businesses and ISG Pearce are strong where they were less strong;
This will give us the opportunity to learn from, and share best practice with, a major player active in both these key sectors of the industry.
This is a very positive move that provides ISG Pearce with further opportunity to develop and to deliver ever-better service to our customers.
