15/12/05 ISG Pearce makes Non-exec Director appointment
Bristol-based contractor, ISG Pearce, announced today the appointment of a new Non-Executive Director, Michael Bailey.
Michael’s previous roles include Group Finance Director of EBC Group plc, where he played a key part in the development and growth of ROK Property Solutions plc.
Commenting on the appointment, ISG Pearce’s Managing Director, Colin Forrest said: “I am delighted that Mike is joining us at such an exciting stage in our growth. He will be working with us on a range of important initiatives right across the business and brings not only his tremendous commercial and financial acumen, but also enormous experience of the construction sector.”
