Case Study Debenhams, Oxford
The works, in a conservation area within a very restricted City Centre site, comprised demolition of the old building whilst retaining the intricate stone Façade which was subsequently refurbished.
Erection of the steel-frames 5 storey building will provide a new Department Store for Debenhams plus 8 new shops for the National and International retailers.
Extensive environmental works will be carried out adjacent to the building.
