Case Study Asda Superstores, Hounslow
Scheme was a competive 2 stage tender D&B contract, undertaking the fit-out of a ground floor and basement shell within a larger private development running concurrently.
Scheme involved complete interior fit out and construction of warehouse, service yard and office areas. This included terrazzo flooring to sales area and full mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and sprinkler installations.
The client’s own fixturisation and direct contractor’s works were also incorporated within the overall project programme of 11 weeks.
