Located adjacent to the harbourside, the design of the building reflects the surrounding area.

The building consists of reinforced basement car parking, load bearing construction above with forticrete and rendered external walls: pre-cast concrete floors and a mixture of slate and metal roofing.

The building was fitted out by the client.
