The reinforced concrete basement and frame, with a structural steel frame at high level, are founded on a raft foundation.
The envelope is cropped pennant stone at low level, cedar cladding and facing brickwork with through coloured rendered panels above. Steel balconies, Velfac windows and glass block walling to the stairwells, The roof is Zinc.
