Case Study Esporta Club, Repton Park
Repton Park Eden Club is the conversion of two listed buildings in a Victorian Mental Hospital Campus to form a class leading adult Health and Fitness spa.
The assembly hall and chapel of Claybury Hospital are being converted by linking the two buildings. This required input from English Heritage as both buildings are of significant historical interest.
The amalgamation of traditional and modern building technologies required a team approach with the Designers; Godwin Austin Johnson and Structural Engineers; BWB.
The project is run on an open book basis with ISG Pearce providing a guaranteed maximum price, but with full team input into the letting of work packages.
