A completely refurbished and sustainable building to provide an organic restaurant, brasserie, bar, deli, bakery and cookery school.
The building has a strong sustainable build including solar heating panels, rain water harvesting to feed toilets, automatic operating skylights for ventilation and heat modulation.
All timber is FSC quality and where possible original materials were re-used or salvaged for community use.
