The works comprised the design & build of a new juice packaging and distribution centre at Express Park Bridgwater Somerset.
The steel framed structure is founded on piles with a suspended fibre mesh concrete ground floor. Upper floors are metal deck with reinforced insitu concrete.
The envelope and roof are of a composite cladding. Curtain walling and ‘Reglet’ glazed walling systems are incorporated into the works.
The mechanical and electrical works installed allowed for ease of ‘hook up’ for process equipment; process contractors were granted early access
