The works comprise the design and build of four Industrial units at Peasedown St. John near Bath.
The steel framed structures are founded on reinforced concrete pads and ground beams. Internal division walls constructed to allow the client maximum versatility of lettable space. The roofs and external walls are ‘Kingspan’ composite cladding with a perimeter masonry wall at low level.
