The project comprised of the construction of a 1 and 2 story building to accommodate a new dining room, kitchen, social club bar and staff accommodation.
The building is traditional brick/block work cavity walls with precast plank to first floor areas. The roof structure comprises timber trusses with concrete tiled covering.
