This spectacular 21st Century office headquarters was constructed within an existing campus.
The design of the building created a real challenge in construction. Utilising the natural 11° slope of the ground to provide two floors of the offices at the upper level with one floor at the lower level, joined by a central atrium full height space.
The building was designed with a full Grade A specification and also incorporating a four pipe fan coil air condition with solar control low E double glased units.
