Case Study Allington Way, Chippenham
The works comprised of the construction of 8 new units in four blocks of two storey flats for Westlea Housing Association. These flats are intended for urgent housing needs instead of bed & breakfast accommodation.
The works included demolition of exsisting garages, diversion works of utility infrasturucture and constructing a homezone within the exsisting flats.
In order to achieve the time deadlines timber frame was used to enable the internal trades to carryout their works inside the units during the winter months.
